General Terms and Conditions –
Number of people occupying the Unit:
No more than 4 people stated in the Guest Certificate, may occupy the unit. The guest named in the Guest Certificate will be held responsible to comply with all terms and conditions of the reservation and the Resort Rules.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of breakage and additional fees payable on check out.
- Identity Books must be presented on check in before occupation will be allowed
- All guests are to comply with and observe all rules applicable to Greenways Golf Estate.
- Upon arrival you will be required to hand in a completed and signed Indemnity.
- The Indemnity must be handed in on check-in before your keys will be issued.
- Apartments are serviced once a week and bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
- For additional service, a fee will be charged.
- Rates are based per apartment up to a maximum of 4 guests.
- No mass gatherings or parties, please keep visitors to a minimum
- Please advise of any special requirements in advance so we can assist where possible.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Sorry we cannot accommodate your pets.
- No smoking in the apartment.
- We have a 5 night minimum stay policy.
- Our bank details are available upon request for bank transfers to be made.
- No Children under the age of 10.
- Check in times are after 2pm local time. Please check availability should you require an early checkin time.
- Check out time is by 10 am local time. Please check availability should you require a later checkout time.
- Early arrivals or late departures are available by prior arrangement at a pro rata cost subject to availability.
- 50% deposit secures booking with balance paid as cleared funds a minimum of 30 days before a proposed arrival.
Cancellation Fees
- Less Than 30 Days Or Non-Arrival – 100% of Full Price (No Refund)
